CHROME Membership
Private individuals - membership is open to SA citizens as well as international citizens. In order to belong to Chrome there is an annual R500 membership fee payable via credit card or cash.
Corporate members - Corporate members enjoy the full range of benefits for you and your employees which can be viewed as an added employee benefit. Companies with less than 30 staff members pay an annual membership fee of R3000 and companies with more than 30 employees will pay an annual membership fee of R5000.

CHROME Guarantee
CHROME guarantee’s its member’s peace of mind. All products offered to CHROME members carry the Manufacturer’s Warranty. CHROME will exchange or give member’s 100% refund on any Products that are damaged if returned within 28 days of purchase. Products must be in the original packaging.
CHROME guarantee’s delivery of any product purchased within 14 working days of order to any specified address in SA. A full refund will be paid should this not happen. All Outdoor and Leisure Industry Services offered to members of CHROME have been carefully selected and are of the highest standard.

 

CHROME Payment Policy
Products purchased need to be paid in full upfront before delivery is executed.
Any bookings of any kind require a 50% deposit within 15 days of booking. The balance needs to be paid 14 days prior to execution of required service.
